Summary of Scores: The milk tea was noms: light and refreshing, good level of sweetness, and actually seemed freshly brewed. None of that powdered nonsense. The boba was on point: chewy inside and out, yet still held the proper firmness as it bobbed around in the tea. Bonus point for infusing honey into the cooking process, which is typically only found in SoCal. The 16oz was $3.75 and the 22oz was $4.25, which is a little pricey but I think the taste and convenience justifies its price. The usual drink options are present, such as milk tea (no green milk tea, bummer), slushies, as well as freshly squeezed juices. There is only one food option, popcorn chicken, which in my opinion, is the only food option necessary (sorry vegetarians) for $5. Customer service was excellent, so friendly! As well as curious to how we discovered the truck. I heard about Little Boba Truck from Caroline, who is great on Yelp! Read her review on Little Boba Truck here!
So overall, I would go to this truck to get my boba fix again. It's right on the corner of Walker and Cedar Hills, right across the street from PetCo and adjacent to JoAnn's/Five Guys. Great boba!
Hopefully it does not take me one more year to post, boba mates. I also am sad to say I have now graduated and will no longer reside in LA (at least for the next several years). For now I am in Portland, OR but will be soon moving to upstate New York. Who knows if boba even roams around that far North...
